You may use this site to learn about the product and to request access. You agree not to use it unlawfully, to disrupt its operation, or to place an unreasonable load on it.

The content of this site belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it and take extracts for your own reference, but not republish or commercially exploit it without our written permission.

Private beta access

Access to the private beta is offered at our discretion, is personal to you, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may limit the number of participants and change what the beta includes.

Beta software is provided for evaluation. It may be incomplete, may change without notice, and may contain defects. Do not rely on it for production workloads or as the only copy of anything you cannot lose.

If we give you non-public information about unreleased functionality, please keep it confidential until we make it public.

Your deployment is yours

Neutron core is self-hosted. You are responsible for the infrastructure you run it on, the credentials you configure it with, the actions you permit its agents to take, and your compliance with the law that applies to you — including data protection law where your deployment handles personal data.

You are responsible for the terms of any third-party model provider, source forge or other service you connect to your deployment.

No warranty

This site and any beta access are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and conditions, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of data or loss of anticipated savings, nor for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from this site or from beta access.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
