Who we are

This website, neutroncore.ai, is operated by NSM Technologies Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16748005. We are the data controller for the information described here.

Neutron core is self-hosted software. When you run it, you control the data it stores and this policy does not apply to your deployment — you are the controller for it. This policy covers this website and the private beta waitlist.

What this site collects

The site is static and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored locally in your own browser and is never sent to us.

If you request private beta access we record the email address you enter, together with the referring page, the country our network provider derives from your connection, your browser's user-agent string, a single-use confirmation token and the time of your request. The referrer, country and user-agent are kept to tell genuine interest apart from automated signups.

Confirming your address

We send one email asking you to confirm your address, and we record the fact and time of confirmation. If you never confirm, we do not email you again.

We use your address only to contact you about private beta access and the product. We do not sell it, share it for anyone else's marketing, or add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Why we may lawfully do this

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form and confirm your address. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and every message we send carries an unsubscribe link. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

We rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service from automated abuse for the anti-spam signals described above.

Who we share it with

We use Cloudflare to host the site, serve it and store waitlist records, and Resend to deliver confirmation and beta email. Both process this data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Our providers operate global networks, so this information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law recognises, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist records until the private beta closes or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Unconfirmed entries are deleted after twelve months.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or object to our use of it, and ask us to transfer it in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month, free of charge.

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
